The primary purpose of the processing of personal data is to establish a working relationship for interpreting assignments. By filling in the form on the website of Suomen Asioimistulkkikeskus, the interpreter agrees to the use of his/her data for the promotion of the Finnish Centre for Professional Interpreting's business and the organisation of interpreting services. The contact information in the register is used when the Suomen Asioimistulkkikeskus receives interpreting requests and uses the contacts to organise the provision of the service.

The person's first name and surname, local address, postcode, postal town, telephone number, e-mail address and interpreting language.

6 Regular sources of information:

Information provided by the person on the website of the Finnish Centre for Professional Interpreters, by e-mail, by telephone or in person. Personal data concerning the person's employment or assignment relationship with the Suomen Asioimistulkkikeskus.

Access to the register is restricted to designated persons who are responsible for the maintenance and management of the system. The data in the register is protected against unauthorised access.

Data stored in the register will be deleted if the person so requests.

The person has the right to inspect the data concerning him or her, the right to request the rectification, erasure or completion of inaccurate data.
