About us

Company

Suomen Asioimistulkkikeskus was founded in 2015 and the company is 100% Finnish-owned. Our service has been awarded the Key Flag Symbol as a sign that it is produced in Finland, that taxes are paid in Finland and that it employs interpreting and translation professionals.

Our values

Our values are kindness, reliability, and honesty. We always uphold these values in our approach to our employees, customers, and society.

Our customers

We serve public administration, businesses, and third sector operators. The purpose of our interpreting and translation services is to help people and society. Interpreting and translation services help people to be understood and to understand matters that concern them. This is essential in areas such as healthcare and medical treatment, courts, social and health care, rescue services, legal aid, banking, and child welfare. Companies also need professional interpreters, as artificial intelligence cannot reliably replace humans.

Sustainability

Our values support responsible behavior. Ethnic background, gender, or other personal factors do not affect the job opportunities we offer. We want to help people find employment and thereby reduce inequality. Of the UN's sustainable development goals, this is the most important one for us. No one should be treated unequally because of their language.

Our interpreters are guided by the professional code of conduct and ethical guidelines for public service interpreters.
